About Donovan Personnel Inc.

Rod Donovan, owner and president of Donovan Personnel Services, Inc., has been a full time recruiter since 1988 and has experience in the placement of architects, engineers, technical, and skilled trades personnel. In addition to being the president of Donovan Personnel for the last 18 years of his recruiting career, Rod is an active member on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Staffing Association. He has a degree in electrical engineering and worked in the computer systems division of Burroughs Corporation for 9 ½ years in California and also as a hardware engineer in New Jersey. In addition, Rod worked for 2 years with Johnson & Johnson Corporation in a research and development division before pursuing a career in outside sales.
